TeamViewer Meeting incompatible (v15.9.4)

Hello, I need urgent help.

Yesterday I updated TeamViewer v15.9.4 (I have Premium license), in meeting mode my clients could not connect with v15.7.7, only downloaded v15.9.4 the connection was achieved.

Today, since midmorning, until now, impossible to achieve a meeting, it does not connect any of the scheduled or new ones.

I appreciate the help, regards.

    Hi @mfbis ,

    Thank you for your post.

    We are aware of the behaviour that while a TV15.9 meeting can join any TV15 meetings, TV 15.8 and below cannot join TV15.9 and above meetings.

    For now, please use the latest version in order to start the TeamViewer meeting. We are working on it and we will keep you updated here in the community as soon as we get any more information from the development team!
