Teamviewer issues

Options

When I was setting up my new computer, I choose the wrong option of buisness instead of personal.  I didn't see it but now I can't use Teamviewer at all for personal documents. Any suggestions on what to do.

I sent in a request over a week ago and no one is responding to it.  The customer service rep told me personal accounts aren't priority so I might not see any response for a while.  Really need to send some information to friends.
