Unable to Connect - Either your license or your partner's license is blocked.

Hi there,

I am getting this error when I attempt to log onto a machine which I could remote to perfectly only a few days ago:

"Unable to Connect - Either your license or your partner's license is blocked."

TeamViewer also seems to think I am using a Free license even though I'm logged in as a user with a Business Subscription.

Any ideas?

    We had the same thing happen yesterday, and 24 hours later still no response from technical support.
