Unable to view user connection reports

We have a corporate license with 3 concurrent channels. We are trying to view the connection reports to see who is logged in at the moment and how get statitstics on te usage per user but it doesnt seem to be working.
Currently, I can only see one users' statistics when I click on connection reports -- > all
If i chose another person form the drop down i can see anything and i know this person accessed today.
Does it take some time for the reports to show up?
What would e the best way to find out how many people and who is logged in at the moment?
