Wake on Lan+DDNS(noip)+DUC problem

I'm 1 week making all possible settings, but let me clarify that TeamViewer works wake on lan over LAN, but not correctly through DDNS.

DDNS is as it should be, port open, etc ... but regardless of what I do, I can only wake up 60 seconds with suspended PC, then it does not wake up but (only if I connect with the hand).

What do I do?
