Web Interface is Messed Up.

I have tried IE 11, Firefox 55.3 and 47.5 ESR and latest Chrome. The Web Interface, to simply login and view my computers, is completely mangled. I have uninstalled, reinstalled. It is occurring on 4 PCs that I tried this on and it only works using the App on my Androids. What happened? I haven't seen anyone else post on this, or have I missed something. I get the usual home page, then go to Login. Then it is a messed up display with only headers in places, random icons and no way to manage my devices. I am running Windows 10 and it's fully patched and updated. I have disabled all AntiVirus and Windows Defender to troubleshoot as well. I re enabled them at this point but did try that. Thanks in advance!
