Will Customized Quicksupport work after ending subscription
Hi,
we are using customized Quicksupport to connect to our clints and our service partners are using it as well.
We will not prolong our TV licence next year. My question is will the QuickSupport work after our TV licence is expired? Will our service partners be able to connect to it using their own TV licences?
Or should we use general (not customized) Quicksupport?

Unfortunately, your customized QuickSupport won't be working once your license will be terminated.
If they own a TeamViewer license, they will be able to create a customized QS for themselves, or using the standard QS, but not yours.
