asking for password when upgrading to teamviewer 12

Options

I download teamview12 and then start the upgrade and it goes through that.  The next thing is it is asking for password with username showing as Administrator.   I have tried computer ADmin, Teamviewer login credentials, and left the username as Administrator and tried all password nothing works.  I'm not sure what it is asking for and if I then will even know it.   I also, unistalled/installed for a fresh start.

    Having the same problem trying to upgrade to 14. It'd be nice if someone had a solution to this...
