finding comment files
At the end of a remote session I get a comment box that I can enter information regarding this session. I save the comment files but can not find out where they are saved to, or what name that file is given.

Boy the support isn't very good. It seems like nobody knows anything about the comments. It's a nice feature but what good is it if you can't find where the comments are. I've been saving these as I thought I would be able to check back and see what the session was about and what I did to fix the problem. No good if I can find where the darn files are located.

Came here to ask exactly the same question with very similar background. Seeing that this was posted nearly 4 years ago and still has no answer, I'm not all too hopeful. Also wasted (too much) time on searching for an answer on the web already.
If the feature is useless (as it is) I would at least like to be able to turn it off.
