using a commercial and a free account

Have been using Teamviewer for many years to help family and friends, and to access my home computer if i needed something.

Then  I started working at a company which had commercial licences for supporting colleagues. That was when the problems started. From the same device I was no longer able to use my free account. But recently even my free account tells me that I'm using it commercially.

How is it not possible to be able to distinguish between two separate accounts?

The company account of course can not be used since it is only version 11. Since TV updates on free version pop up every time, all the PCs im trying to connect to privately are already updated to the new version.
