Add option to disable "running in background" notification

There needs to be an option to disable the notification that is displayed after closing TeamViewer to the notification tray. The reason is that the notification results in the "new notification" tray icon being enabled and, if I don't view, and optionally clear the TeamViewer notification (which is of very low importance), then it will mask future incoming notifications of high importance that I may not have noticed as I may have been away from the machine at the time. A user should not have to view and optionally clear a notification of such low importance especially once they know how TeamViewer works. Hence please add an option to disable this notification under the advanced tab.
