After migrating ID's (end of July problem), I lost many computer infos in the console
Hi. In 24th of july, teamviewer experienced some problems. It was unusable almost everywhere. I saw a message from teamviewer explaining that they was migrating some ID's.
Today, i went on my management console and realise that i lost many many informations from customers computers. All these have a new ID and in the group "unassigned computer" i have 62 computer they lost her name and group. (normally i have just 7 or 10).
How can i manage to find to witch group all these computers belongs???
Can teamviewer staff provide me a list with old and new ID's???
