Black Screen

I´m Danilo from Brazil, sorry for my bad english, but i need help.

I have a Xiaomi REDMI 4 cell phone that I use to access another cell phone a Motorola XT1033. Without ROOT access I only have access to the screen (I can not interact), installing the ROOT system when access to the screen blinks a few times and then it gets all black, if I interact I check on the Morotola cell phone that it is responding to commands, however I can not see anything on the screen of Xiaomi (screen turns black), I tried to access through my desktop and the same error occurs, can anyone help me?
