Can I leave early for a meeting I organised?

Hi there,

I've been asked by my manager to organise a recurring series of group videoconference meetings. I will be OK to be the one starting the meeting each time, which I see is required, but I will need to leave them early. Could someone please confirm whether this is OK and the meeting would continue without me, or whether the organiser leaving a meeting would end the meeting altogether?
