Can remote computer hear the sound from my local computer?

Hello, my local computer A controls remote computer B, so can B hear the sound from A? I've searched the question , I know that A can hear the sound from B. But in my cases, I try to teach the guy on the remote computer and talk with him about how to write some code. So in order to make him hear my voice, what else should I do? Can we simply connect to remote computer B make it happen?
