Cannot click on Antivirus installed on my remote computer

Hello,

I have Kaspersky Endpoint Security Antivirus installed on my remote computer, and i cannot close its window or do anything to it (antivirus window) when i connect to it.

I don't know if it is related to the antivirus or some configuration that should be made to teamviewer.

    Does the remote user have access to the antivirus window? I have not had an issue where TeamViewer is blocked from an application. 

    I don't work for TeamViewer. I'm just a user.

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, the user has administrative rights on the operating system and all applications of the remote session. And everything works fine and beautiful, except for that antivirus.

    I'd like to know now, where the problem resides...

    Well it's 2020 - 3 yrs later and I have this problem too..

    Although I noted that I only have problems with Kaspersky AND Windows 7.

    If the computer have windows 8 or 10 works fine

    I have the same problem. I can no longer let my customers buy Kaspersky because Teamviewer can't get me to work with its antivirus
