Cant get # of computer id to remote control on my computer

Hello, 

There seems to be a problem where the team viewer on my computer only allows the mobile version instead of the computer windows version, and with it , i cannot get the computer id# for my computer so someone can remote control my computer? which I need right now? I also have microsoft home version, does this version allow team viewer to give me id#? please advise. thanks.
