Connecting to my associate
Hi,
I am trying to log on in one of the computers at work and the ID/password doesn't work (I took a picture to be sure of the numbers). I have in addition that computer associated to my account but I don´t remember the password, so I cannot log in in any way. Is there any way I could verify my identity to log in on that computer? It is really important to connect to that computer today...

I am sorry for my late reaction! I hope it is not to late. But the password that you took a screenshot of could change automaticly, and if your computer goes in sleep mode there is no able way to connect to your computer. The best thing to do is set the sleep time of your computer to never and make an personal password that only you know. If you just remember your personal password and the ID of the computer you want to connect to it should go as planned! Here is how you do it (sorry my PC language is Dutch)
How you add an personal password. 1. Click the pen symbol. 2. Click next. 3. Add an password only you know . 4. Confirm that passwordHow you set your computer in never go to sleep mode
