Connection could not be established (both ends have version 15)

Options

I setup a new teamviewer user to be able to remote to machines and for some reason, "a connection could not be established" when trying to remote to some computers.

It works on other computers. All computers tested on, including the host computer have version 15.

Is this related to the outage? All computers tested on, the ones that I was able to remote as well as the ones I was not able to remote to, are on the same location.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. TeamViewer did experience outage but the issue has been fixed and under monitoring, for more information please visit TeamViewer System Status (https://status.teamviewer.com/).

    Can you kindly restart TeamViewer services on both sides of connection then try again for a new connection please.
