Connection problem

Met problem:

For a partner, to whom I wish to connect, I do not reach there.

I have the following error message:



No connection to the partner!

The partner is not connected to the router(route planner).

Code of error: Waitforconnectfailed



Teamviewer, on the distant pc, starts well with Windows.

I installed(settled) the last version on the distant pc, nothing could be done.

The solution that I found is to leave Teamviewer with a right click and to boost(relaunch) him from the menu to start.

At this moment there everything works normally.



Can bring me to you a less binding solution to the met problem?
