Considering team viewer for working from home

Morning,

One of my customers is looking for a way to allow their senior members to work from home and we are considering teamviewer.

I have only used it for support so I'm not sure what the process is for allowing them to access their computers from home. They would be purchasing the proper licenses of course but one that is in place how do they actually access their computer? Is there a place they would login and select their computer? Or do we just install teamviewer on their home computer and they just need to know the ID and password to their work computer?

Are there tools that we can use to manage this?
