Control Nextbook with Teamview Host

Hi there! Recently my 82 year old Great Grandfather got a Nextbook tablet. He lives 4 hours away, so if he has a problem with it, I'm not going to be able to come and help him. Is there an addon that will work with the Nextbook? or is there maybe another solution to being able to remotely control his tablet? Thank you!

    Unfortunately, the Nextbook devices are not part of the products supported by TeamViewer.
