Deactivation code for two factor Auth Problem

Hi,

I have a deactivation code for two factor auth (TFA). It is the only one that I have ever had and I downloaded it when I first switched on TFA. Yesterday I had to reset my phone and forgot to deactivate TFA before. I went to use the deactivation code and was faced with the message "Server did not respond in time please try again later". I called the support line and was told there were problems with the systems and to try again in 2 hours.

2 hours later I tried again and now I simply get the message my deactivation code is wrong. I called the support line again, she looked at my account and because it is the free account said she could not help me and to post here.

Can anyone offer any assistance?

Thanks

You are going to need to wait for someone from TeamViewer to stroll through and they will need to delete you account from what I have read.
