Morning/Afternoon all,
I am trying to test the Policy feature (when my Technicians connect to users computers, the user should be prompted to click accept) with a test machine. However, I created a Policy, in the Design & Deploy / Policies section, named Ivan Test Policy, yet when I go to the test computer within Groups, I can't apply the policy. Even the drop down button is sort of greyed out. Also, if I go to Assign TeamViewer Policies, that box is empty.
I also enforced the policy, and still can't apply it to the test computer.

I found my answer. The original Group owner has to apply the policy.
