Double cursor

I am using Teamviewer to remote control my office computer, where I use Autocad. In Autocad the cursor is a crosshair, but on top of this I also have the Windows arrow. I guess the arrow is from the local computer. Is it possible to turn off the local arrow cursor, and only display the remote cursor (crosshair)? Is there a setting controlling this? I've tried the Show remote cursor option, but this had no impact on my issue.
