My TeamViewer personal account is setup with an email to which I no longer have access. When I try to login, TeamViewer wants to send a confirmation to that email. But, I will never be able to access that email. How can I change the email on my account without having access to the old email account?
Do you have any device or browser where you are already logged in, or have already trusted?
It is not possible to change the email address associated with an account without first logging in to it.
I would recommend trying to log in on a device or browser you'd used with TeamViewer previously; once logged in, you can change it in the profile settings (Computers & Contacts settings in the TeamViewer applicaiton).
