HUAWEI Ascend Y3II Dual SIM only view mode vs full access

I have only wiev mode with this smartphone (HUAWEI Ascend Y3II Dual SIM). at connection with Yeam Viewer.. What's the reason ?
Is there a way to have full access to this phone ? Is there any workaround of this problem ?
I've already use Team viewer with the other model of Huawei and thre wasn't any problem.
I ask for your help.
