Hello, 
I use to teamviewer has personal title, grip(taking) has distance of the computer of my parents(relatives) and my computers in quite 5.
Today I can make nothing more because to teamviewer tell me that I use him has professional title and wonder to pay. 
Have to I pay to use him a solution was found?
