How to connect two PC with different TeamViewer versions

How can I connect from the PC with the old TeamViewer version to the PC with the new TV version, if I do not have the administrator credentials to update the old PC?
At work I use three PCs on which I do not have the administrator's credentials.
TV 12 is installed on PC1, TV 13 is installed on PC2.
Nothing was installed on the PC3 and as I'm not an administrator I did not think I could do anything. Instead I found out that the google application in these cases bypass the problem.
I thought that this could help me to connect PC1 with PC2 but it was not possible: while using google, TV relies on the program with the older version.
What am I wrong?
How can I access PC2 from PC1?
