I can t use the mouse


I bought a business licence for my collegue who wants to connect to one of my workstation.
When he tries to connect to the machine using TeamsViewer, he stays stuck in the loading page UNTIL I connect remotely (using remote desktop) to my machine. then it is working correctly.
However, if I minimise the remote desktop window, my collegue can see the mouse but he can t click on anything UNTIL I maximise the remote desktop window which is annoying.

I spent a lot of time to check all the similar issues and tested (almost everything):
- Give full access
- Remove UDP
- Tick off Disable Remote input
- Reboot the machines
- update Teamviewers at the same version on both machines (PCs)

I am now running out of ideas and patience.

Can you please help me out?

If you are using TeamViewer on a server OS, please use the server ID to connect to the remote machine.
