Immediate refund
I have bought teamviewer on the 4 of july. As I know there is opportunity to cancel subscription and get refund in 7 days after purchase. On the 4th of july I created support ticket and requested canceling subscription and refund. I also fullfill the form here https://www.teamviewer.com/ru/support/sales-inquiry/ with same request. But I have got no answer except automatic answer after ticket creation.Also I tried to call sales department several times. Nobody answered me.
How can I reach somebody and get refund? 7 days to get refund will end on 11 of july.

We received your ticket for the cancellation. Please don't be worried. My colleagues will answer to it as soon as possible. No matter when they will answer, your ticket came in time and the cancellation is therefore valid
