Install Monitor Driver Daily

I remote to the same personal computer, almost daily; inexplicably, the monitor driver... uninstalls(?) and needs to be reinstalled at 3:30pm CT. The reinstall fails if attempted from the remote client and must be done so on the physical device with no active remote connection to resolve; however, this will again fail at 3:30pm the following day.

Note: whether or not there's an active connection at 3:30pm, the driver will fail and require the reinstall either during the active connection, or the next time a connection is established.

Any idea why this fails every day, at the exact same time?
