Keyboard not responding

I am running the free version of teamviewer on my work computer and personal laptop. However, when I connect to my work computer from my laptop, my keyboard does not function at all. My mouse functions properly, but I cannot type at all. my work computer is running on mac os 14.6 Mojave, while my laptop is running on windows. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program on both computers, but this has not resolved the issue.

    Hi @Alex_Belden 

    Have you followed this related guide in order to have access to the mac's keyboard?

    Also please check if you have enabled the full access in the Settings > advanced settings, in order to be able to login to the login screen.
