From yesterday we have a problem with incomming lan connections.
We have the policy with white list with emails on it. No problem with it to yesterday.
Now, nobody from the white list can't connect to our teamviewer hosts stations.
Every administrator get message "Authentication rejected".
In the log file is "CLoginServer::CheckIfConnectionIsAllowed: connection not allowed, buddy account verification failed".
Anybody have this problem ?
Yes, I've been getting this recently too. Tried granting easy access and adding the client's TV ID to the whielist on the remote. Still no LAN connection. Remote via the internet still works.

This is a bug in our current version - our development is informed and they are working on a solution. I will inform you in this post if we publish a new version with a fix.
We are getting the same error. Quite frustrating! Can we please get a fix!
Thanks for the message. Any news on this being fixed?
Please do something with the problem. It's been so long since the problem has been reported :(
We published a new version with a fix - please install the new version and post your feedback here :)
Thank you in advanced!
Thank you for information.
Unfortunelly policy still does not propagate.
I have a lot of policies on th server. I have installed the last update of the TeamViewer.
TeamVierwer does not get policies from the server.
Thank you for your feedback. I also received that feedback from customers - I will inform our development and keep you updated.
Can you please confirm the version number the fix was included in? I don't see it mentioned specifically in the last 2-3 change log entries: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/changelog/
