Linux > Windows 10 remote: No audio or video feed

I use TV ver. 15.2.2756 on both machines.

At the remote Windows I see Microphone is muted and video is working.

At local Linux I see greyed out area below both Audio and Video when selected.

I have spent many hours going through every setting in both machines and TV settings to no avail. I have searched the net and tried some 'fixes' but again nothing works for me.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get at least the audio working as trying to teach remotely needs feedback.
