Lost my account

Hello,

i had an account, free one, and today I have to remote control one of my computers. However, it is impossible to open a session as TeamViewer says no such account is registered. I tried from my tablet and my laptop, it is the same. So I created a new account, but consequently I lost my list of computers. Please could you help me to know what’s happened to my original acccount and if it is possible to recover it or should I use my new account and make a new list of computers? Regards
