Mouse and Keyboard Clicks Not Working

Hello,
I am on Windows 7 using Teamviewer 13 to remote into an Android Box.
I di connect and see the screen of my remote Android Box but clicking on Keyboard or mose is not working.
Any ideas?

Zandronum (in full screen mode) having same issue have to close teamviewer to run zandronum.
Some users are saying if you run zandronum (in window mode) it works fine with teamviewer running in background
