Mouse is erratic in Graphics Program, worked in Win7 but not in Win 10

Hello, Silverscreen (CAD) mouse worked in windows 7, but not in windows 10. So, I am Teamviewing from a win10 machine into a win 7 machine running the CAD program. But the mouse is still erractic, moving all over the place in huge jumps. No doubt it is due to something in win 10, but I am remoting into a windows 7 machine. Shouldn't the mouse move according to win 7 Os?
