My Account Does Not Exist?

I created a personal/free account on 8/22 and have used it every few days. I added 3 laptops to the account, so that when I sign into this account, i can access any of the 3 laptops. I was able to do this until today.

When I tried to log in today with the application, it said my account name or password was incorrect. When I did a "forgot password" it said my account did not even exist! So I registered a new account with the same email address and validated.

But now I've lost access to the 3 laptops. Unfortunately 1 of those laptops is not physically accessible, so I cannot relink it to my account.

*Why was my account deleted??

*Is there any way to recover my account? Or to relink that laptop to my acccount?
