My Mac with Catalina cant connect to Samsung Tablet

I use Teamviewer to connect to my aged parents Samsung Tablets.  Ever since I upgraded my Mac to Catalina, I can connect to their tablets, but I cannot do anything.  All I see is a small blue screen which says REMOTE CONTROL and cant get beyond that.

My parents are having issues with their tablets and they cannot do anything as they are technologically challenged and I need to assist them.

Please can someone help.

All I have seen is answers to if someone wants to access my Mac.  Nobody must access my Mac, I need to access my parents tablets.
