New windows update: sound of own computer shuts off when starting session

After the new Windows update i have a problem with Teamviewer.

When iam in call via a softphone (my own computer) and starting a TV session the audio of my conversation shuts off.

Other people at the office haven't updated to the new windows version yet and dont have this issue.

Does anyone have a solution?
