Hello, I bought two licenses 7 days ago. January 16 TeamViewer had problems with sending any e-mails. Did not work any services e-mail (e-mail confirmation, new device confirmation, purchse confirmation). Support can't help me. They write nonsense - "if you bought a license, please wait for an email", really? 7 days? I have PDF conformations from my bank account but support doesn't want them. Please help.
