Premium Account but program says Trial Version Expired

I have a premium account. I use it to sign in to my windows teamviewer app.

But for some reason it keeps saying that trial version is expired and won;t let me use it.

Before this account I used to have another one free with another email. Maybe my computer somehow is still linked to that old account?
