Problem with my email

I have this problem
My laptop crash and from here all my problems have started.
I had no acces to my email account to sign in because i had no acces to that domain anymore but i had acces to another computer that it was already logged and changed the email for the account
The problem is that the email was already registred by me for a free account a few years ago
now i can not acces my business licence anymore
What should i do?
