Purchased teamviewer but still showing free version

We purchased a license and it is still showing the free version. Please advise.

    Me too - my license expired and account paid via BACS. I've been told this can take 3-5 working says to reactivate. Unless I raise a support ticket - I can't seem to raise a support ticket as a free member though! How did you manage it?
