There is a hardware part: ASUS ROG STRIX-RX480-O8G-GAMING video card, and an old Acer G245 monitor. Software: Windows 10 pro x64, ASUS GPU Tweak II.

Need to remotely access the computer using the TeamViewer program. The problem is, if turn off the monitor (power button), the video card takes it as a physical shutdown (as if you turn off the flash drive, the system gives the appropriate signal: "tu-dun"). If connect to the computer (in this state) through TeamViewer, then a black screen is displayed, does not respond to commands. How to make the video card not perceive disabling the monitor?

Earlier stood Radeon HD 7970, there was no such problem (the monitor is the same).
