Remote connections from India

Hi,

We are in Spain, but we work with a partner who are in India... They are trying to connect with us, but the team viewer software returns to them an error (Unable to connect / Reason Unknown).

There are any limitation to connect from India to Europe?? We must enable their connection in our white lists?? Please, could you provide some idea??
