Remote management to Tv Box H96max+

Hello,

I'm trying to remote a Tv Box H96max+ Android with my computer and when i open the teamviewer he tries to download the add on in the tv box android but fails always and this way i cannot remote.

In other android boxes i install the add on and it works, but in this model does not work, maybe th add on is diffeerent but i cant find one that can work.

Anyone can help me, please?
