Remote pc reboots itself and loads teamviwer at random

I have used teamviwer for a few years.  For the last 2 months, one of the pc's I provide assistance for has started to reboot on it's own. It usually happens about twice a day. When it comes back, it will launch teamviewer even though teamviwer wasn't running when it rebooted. It started doing this after loading version 13. I have uninstalled 13 and installed 11 and it continues to do it  Both my pc and the remote pc are running windows 10. When I uninstalled 13, I followed the instructions to delete registry keys as well.
