Remotely install software invisibly?

I need to install some software for a client on multiple machines, possibly while the client's customers are using those machines as a kiosk for the client's business. Their proposal is to do this with Teamviewer, but is there any way I can do the installation invisibly, without disrupting someone who might already be using the machine?
